Basement is an extremely clean slate, 2 conforming windows and plumbed for a 3rd bath. We hired an architect from Kansas City to design our basement to include: family room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and recreation room. The remodel is in the beginning stages. The architectural plans will be included along with the materials and supplies we've already purchased.
